1.pressure control

2 warning up

3 constant temperaute
When the temperature rising to setting temperature ,the heating pipe will be cut down and stopped rising ,then it will keep pressure and temperature stage .Automatic timing working begin .When it get the time we have setted in advance ,the alarm is warning . It remind vulcanization process is over .When the temperature is lower than setting temperature ,the heating pipe automatic begin to heat to make the temperature in tank is steady ,.Each place in tank temperature is same
4 cooling(accordng to product craft )
After vulcanization ,it will be closed by itself.(1)keep pressure and cool ,air compressor supply normal air into tank.and meanwhile the top of vent valve is open.To discharge high temperature steam. Until the temperature cool down the product required. (2) pressure release and cool ,open relief valve directly until it get normal temperature and cool
5 stage heaing and cooling
