Our own design lies in following two point:  :

1. when cutter head meets the rubber, it can use creep force to cope with the creep feature of rubber, in order to avoid the high elasticity of rubber. And then the rubber will be crushed easily.

2.the cutter head is annular, our design can make the creep force can be distributed evenly on the annular cutter head, the erea of creep force distributed can reach 1/3 of axial direction maximum.

Then lower the energe consumption and the heat caused by friction.

Beside these , the cutter head has high hardness and high abrasion resistance, because it is assembled by carbide alloy blade, easy to change, repare , so that to lower the cost of production.
