Compared with tradtional devulcanizing equipments, it is advanced in the following points.The reclaim powder does not need to be ground so fine and the devulcanizing time is shortened; Plastifiers, reclaiming agents and rubber powder can be put together into the devulcanizer; no polluted water will be let out during the devulcanization; The quality is better; To open and lock the devulcanizing vessel is automatized during the working process.The devulcanizer is a horizontal pressurized vessel with mixing paddles fixed in it. The mixing shaft with paddles can rotate dockwise and anti-clockwise.
