Flexible air hose for air conditioning device in airport is a new product developed by Xianyang Yuhua Rubber Co. Ltd., according to American Militry technical specification, which is mainly used for transporting cool or warm air to air-plane. The product is approved by Aeronautical Industrial Group, Electrical Science Group, air force, navy. The product has advatages of light in weight, flexible, durable and no-leakage. It has tested by Shaanxi Rubber Product Quality Control Center and the performances of the hose such as heat resistance, expansible and contractible, firmness, yield resistance, air tightness have been proved to reach the advanced level of the counter part in the world.
1. The structure and main properties: 1>The hose is divided into type Z and type G, the composition is as follows:
Type Z: it consists of inner layer, fiber heat insulation, cover layer, anti-wear rubber strip. It has advantages of lightweight, soft, no-leakage, and small size when storing. The hose is suitable for transporting under flat-state condition.
Type G: the hose is made of inner layer, fiber heat resistance, cover layer, metal spire, and anti-wear strip. It is applicable under bent state condition.
2> Nominal inside diameter: Φ80, Φ90, Φ100, Φ120, Φ180, Φ200, Φ250, Φ280, Φ300, Φ320, Φ340, Φ360, Φ450mm, meanwhile, we can also design and manufacture in accordance with the user's need.
3> A single root length can be designed and manufactured according to the needs of users, single lengths up to 30 meters or more;
4> Working pressure (feeding pressure): 15 to 20KPa
Temperature: -30oC to +80oC
Feeding medium: cold or hot air from 5oC to +60oC
Heat insulation: when cold or hot air through the hose under normal condition, the average temperature change is no more than 0.1oC/m of the hose.
Retractility (type G): the hose can be compressed to 1/4 of its longest natural stretch length.
Pneumatic property: eakage of feeding medium is no more than 1% of 10-meter hose.
Liquidity resistance: the loss of the feeding medium is no more than 0.1kPa/m of the hose.
2. Material property
Inner layer
it is made by coating nylon with PVC or CR, and have good performances in sealing, age-resistance, heat resistance and cold resistance, etc..
Heat insulation:
it is made of terylene fiber with thermal reflective film, has advantages of heat preservation, heat & cold resistance, anti-friction, no agglomerate, no powder, etc..
Cover
it is made by coating nylon with PVC or CR, has advantages of anti-sunlight or ozone aging, heat resistance, rain or water proof.
Anti-wear rubber strip
It is made of natural SBR which has good performance of anti-wear (which is the material for tire).
