The sound-level meter indicates that Honglu synthetic resin tiles can absorb noises and relieve them in the face of a downpour, hail or gale.

Good Thermal Insulation Effect

The thermal conductivity for Honglu synthetic resin tiles is 0.325W/m.k, which is only 1/30 of clay tiles, 1/5 of thick cement tiles and 1/2000 of color steel tiles with 0.05mm thickness. Low Temperature Endurance and Resistance Against Lashes

Under the subzero temperature(-40°C) cycle between freeze and melt, Honglu synthetic resin titles survive the lash testing of a one-kilo steel ball falling directly down on the titles from one-meter height. Under the normal temperature (23°C± 2°C), there will be no crackle or hole on the surfaces of Honglu tiles when they are hit by a 1kg steel ball falling down from the 3m height.

Excellent Anticorrosive Property

The body and surface resin of Honglu tiles has a terrific anticorrosive property. It can resist not only rain and snow, but also many chemical substances such as acid substances, alkaline substances and chemical compounds. The experiment indicated, in the solution of 40%NaOH or 40%H2SO4 for 24 hours, our products won’t change the shapes or colors. Besides, various microbes cannot survive on the surfaces of the tiles as well.

Outstanding Waterproof Property

The high weatherability resin of Hong Lu tiles is compact and does not absorb water, let alone water penetration through minor holes. A unit tile is large in dimension and the crack is small when it covers the roofing. It can also get the connection tight. These features make it outstanding in terms of waterproof property compared with the traditional small tiles.

Stable Volume

The expansion rate of Honglu synthetic resin tiles is 4.93Í10-5/°C. They can do the two-way stretching because of their geometric shapes. Whatever the big change of temperature is, the tiles can adjust themselves to the original geometric dimensions.

Good Refractoriness

The major material of Honglu synthetic resin tiles is PVC resin, which is hard to burn in itself and it is testified at B1 level by National Fire Prevention Department.
