Key Technology 

   1. Shallow slot turbulent pickling is adopted, which improved turbulence intensity so that picking time is shortened. 

   2. According to chemical composition and oxidized scale thickness of pickling plate, line speed and acid liquid temperature is adjusted to avoid under-pickling and over-pickling.

   3. Acid circulation tanks are equipped with liquid level inspection and display with the function of high/low level alarm, interlock, and temperature inspection, setting and autocontrol, also with waste acid discharge inspection and display. 

   4. Whole line motors adopt AC,DC digital control; Line speed, tension and logic control by PLC. 

   5. The line is equipped with computer monitoring system to monitor whole line production flow. 

   6. EPC or CPC is applied to guarantee the strip centering anytime and improve work efficiency.
