Ice Making Machinery is a highly efficient refrigeration plant, which mainly aims at the area such as southeast Asia and Middle East where has a big demand for ice. Ice Making Machinery can produce block ice and the ice size is customerized that weights 5-100kg/piece. By adopting the coil tube evaporator, the Ice Making Machinery has a large heat exchange area and high performance of heat transfer.The brine is circulated by a agitator to cool down the water temperature to -12~-15 °C, then the water will form into ice gradually. It has the following features:
1.Ice making tank adopts 80mm thickness polyurethane insulation material and has good stickiness and effect in heat insulation.
2. As for coil tube evaporator type block ice machine, we use big power water agitator to replace the common water pumps. It faster the brine flowing so that shorten the ice freezing time and improve the refrigeration effect of the wshole machine.
3. The linear design for the ice plant, such as put the refrigeration unit, ice making tank, crane system, ice pouring shelf, water filling box and cold room in a line, will maximize the investment on manpower and reduce the whole cost.
Brine system Ice Making Machinery structure and application:
(1)Brine system block ice machine structure: refrigeration unit, brine tank (ice making tank), cooling tower/ air cooling fan, and necessary components. We will prepare the three in unit, you need to connect the power, water pipes for the cooling system and refrigeration pipes from coil tube evaporator to compressor suction line. Pleas see the picture in the attachment.
(2)Daily production: 1 ton per day to 100 tons per day. And if the capacity is more than 20 tons per day, it cannot ship the whole machine in container. So we do the local installation and construction in your place.
(3)Weight of block 20kg,25kg,30kg,50kg,100kg, also can be done as your requirement.
(4)Power supply: 380V/50HZ/3P, Refrigerant R22/R404a.
(5)Application: the block ice is used to reduce temperature, especially in Africa country where the power is not stable and the climate temperature is high. When the power is off, people use the block ice to cooling the drinking and beverage. And block ice is also used to keep fish fresh or crushed into small pieces to fresh vegetable and fruit.
