Working process:
Firstly :two or three worker put the raw material into the furnace, seal the feed inlet.then burn the coal /wood in the botton of the furnace ,or be heated by electricity directly.and the bottom of the reactor will slowly heat the waste raw material .when the temperature reach of 250°C 280°C,we will get the crude oil ,the oil steam will be produced untill the temperature reach to 300°C 400°C. and then the oil steam will be separate to light and heavy component by separate divice.the light component will be entre to the condenser and meanwhile the residues will be discharged automatically in succession.after the condenser ,the liquefied part will be crude oil ,and the waste gas (it is mean that that part can not be liquified )will be return to heating supply system for burning by the way of combustion gas purification syste
