7) The machine installation

We will give the foundation drawings to buyer after make the order .we will send engineer when buyer gets the machine. The engineer mainly installs the machine and trains your workers.

8) The machine covers area:

The machine itself cover 300 square meters (length 20M, Width 15M)

Add raw material stay, carbon black stay, big oil tank zone, workers rest room and simple office. It takes at least 600-800 square meters.

9) Workers need to operate machine:

Four workers are enough for one set machine.

10) Delivery time:

We will delivery the machine within 15-20days after get the advance payment (30% of the total amount).

Lianyungang port or Qingdao port

12) Working process:

Firstly, two or three workers put the raw material into the furnace, seal the feed inlet, and then burn the coal /wood in the bottom of the furnace, or it can be heated by electricity directly. The waste raw material in the reactor will be heated slowly. The oil steam will be produced when the temperature reach 180°C-400°C. And then the oil steam will be separate to light component and heavy component by separate device. The light component will enter into the condenser and meanwhile the residues will be discharged automatically in succession. After cooling, the liquefied part will be crude oil, and the waste gas (this part can not be liquefied) will return to heating supply system to be burned by combustion gas purification system.

13) The end tire product and usage

Tyre oil is also called fuel oil, and can be sold directly. (They are also used for deep processing or used for boiler fuel, bath center, restaurant, burn floor brisk and so on ) or use refining equipment to further processing.

14) Warranty and machine life:

We guarantee the complete machine two years, the reactor life more than 4 years, others parts no need change lifelong expect the wearing parts.

16)The warranty and after-service:

1) We will supply the foundation drawings to buyer after get deposit.

2) The delivery time is 15-20 days after get deposit.

3) We will send engineers to install the machine when the machine reach buyer's factory.

4) We warranty the complete machine two years, we will maintenance all it life. When the machine can not running normal, the buyer can call us, we will help buyer repair it by call, if can not solve, we will send engineer to buyer's factory at the shortest time. If buyers need change parts, you can buy it from our factory.
