1.This equipment is used for the production processes such as hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation and evaporation etc. in the industries of pharmacy, chemical industry, food and light industry etc. The reaction kettles are made of SUS304 and SUS316L etc. stainless steel materials. 

2.The blending forms are divided into anchor type, frame type and oar type etc. The rotation mechanism can adopt cycloid pin gear reducer and stepless speed reducer etc. The sealing mechanism can adopt mechanical sealing. The heating and cooling can adopt jacket, semi-tube and coil pipe structure. 

3.The heating methods are steam, electric heating and heat transfer oil to satisfy the technology requirements under different working conditions such as anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-high-temperature, anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion.
