Introduction:
Model 903 is the advanced type fdeveloped from Model 803;
The advanced new product of the Aotumatic grommet puncher, as we call it Automatic grommet press machine, Auto tach press machine,Automatic Grommet binder, Automatic Grommetor etc.. It is designed for pressing grommets onto pieces made of various materials, such as PVC, nylon, plastic,paper etc. it is simple in operation, will be a efficient companion for grommet binding work.
At present all the grommets binded on the edge of advertising banner pieces are all riverted by hand. This has many disadvantages, such as: (1) the grommet and fabric may not be connected tightly, that is easily broken away from each other;(2) most of the pressed grommets have erose edge, that will fray the rope; (3) the pressed iron grommets are easily get rusted, when rain water flows over the rusted iron grommets, the painting surface will be dirtied. (4) the manual grommet punchers usually work in low speed and take heavy labor, which increase cost both in labor and time. Further more, the punched grommets are normally not too satisfied in appearance.
The Automatic Grommet Puncher is a new developed products, the design is dead against the disadvantages above. The machine can punch grommets along the fabric freely and fastly. The grommets binded by this machine are firm and sturdy, that are hard to break away . It has a guiding laser line which can help controlling the punching position of the grommets, it can reduce crevasses of the grommet much more, and makes it not easy to fray the rope, the punched effect of the grommets are beautiful in appearance.
The pressing female grommet is designed by project plastic that will be not easy to get rusted or dirty the sufface of the fabric. It will be one of the necessary equipments for spray painting industry, on account of the advantages of its labor saving, time saving and better bingding quality.
It can accurately press chicken rings onto poster or banner pieces,such as outdoor advertising poster,PVC & PE fabric Canvas, Sailcloth...etc.,. therefor it can save more working time and manpower, makes work easier and faster.It can punch up to 1000 grommets per hour. All the grommets are punched very firm .beautiful and satisfied.
It is a new concept machine of environmental conservation, and power saving equipment, designed based on electromagnetism impulse theory, Its cost is just 3 Watts when stand-by , and the consumption of energy is within 0.1 second when work, the average consumption of energy is about 300 Watts at continuous work. Even less than almost all of other ordinary punching machines. Application:
Press grommets onto pieces, such as outdoor advertising poster,PVC & PE fabric Canvas, Sailcloth, banners, cotton cloth, compound fabric, screen fabric, nylon fabric, palstic and paper pieces, etc.
Working Principle
The machine is designed according to the electromagnetism impulse theory, it has four main parts, as we call them Grommets Feeding System, Electromagnetic Impulse System and Electronic Controlling System,Moving device. Under the control of the Electronic Controlling System, the Grommets Feeding System sends grommets to the punching device of Electromagnetic Impulse System, then the process of pressing grommet will be finished.
Operation features:
The machine can be drived to move at wrok, also can be fixed onto worktop. Fix the handle onto the back of the body, and fix the keypad on the top of the handle, the red button is for feeding, the green is for punching, the "option" is for working mode and punching frequency.
Manual mode: Press the "Option" button, set the "manual" led light up, use "Feed" and "Punch" button to work.
Automatic mode: Press the "Option" button, set the "Auto" led light up, use buttons below to set punching frequency(range 0.5-10 seconds), and press "Punch" to work in auto-punching mode.
1) Turn on the power switch, the guiding laser will beam on the front. Check the cartridge of grommet, the amount should be over 50% of the capacity, the one near the handle is for female grommet, the other one is for male grommet, besure no reverse.
2) Drive the machine to the destinative position, place the pieces under the punching-die, adjust the position according to the guiding laser line, then use the keypad to punch grommets.In manual mode: press the red button, it may take 3 seconds for feeding, press the green button to punch after confirm, then the eyelet will be punched with a grommet on the pieces. The machine will standby for saving energe automaticly after each round of punching in manual mode. Drive the machine to next punching destination along the pieces for next punching, then go next more after finish.
3)In automatic mode:set the punching frenqucy firstly, then press the "Punch" button, the machine will keep feeding and punching automaticly. Other operations are same as that in manual mode.
