PREMIUM CHROME LINERS 

Constructed to a computer designed shrink fit of a high chrome/iron or bimetal sleeve into a forged steel hull, the liners offer extreme abrasion resistance, hardness and corrosion resistance .These liners can withstand the highest hoop stresses since their hulls are made of high grade carbon steel forging. Inner sleeves are 26-28% chrome steel heat treated to 60 to 65 HRC hardness .The micro –finish honed ID assures piston durability. The OD is numerically controlled, machined precisely to ensure continually correct registers and sealing surfaces to the pump bore and face.

Liner bore tolerances , tighter than the API specifications , give approximately 5% to 10% bonus hours of service life to the piston and liner , over and above the extended service life .Combined with a competitive initial cost factor, this extended liner life makes SHINEQUIP triplex and duplex liners the most cost and performance efficient in water ,oil and gas drilling .

ZIRCONIA CERAMIC LINERS

Zirconia or zirconium oxide (ZrO2) is an extremely refractory compound of zirconium and oxygen .Zirconia may have additions of calcia, magnesia or baria to stabilize the structure into a cubic structure and improve dielectric characteristics .Zirconia stabilized in the cubic crystal structure avoids cracking and mechanical weakening during heating and cooling. Certain zirconia materials have the ability to transformation toughen (tetragonal to monoclinic phase change)under applied stress and it is frequently used in wear applications requiring improved fracture toughness and stiffness over alumina .Zirconia ceramics possess excellent chemical inertness and corrosion resistance at temperatures well above the melting point of Alumina.

HARDENED STEEL LINER

Hardened steel liners are made with premium seamless steel tube or Premium forged steel, in which the bore is carburized and quenched, creating a hardened layer with hardness of 58 to 62 Rockwell C scales from abrasion and corrosion .It is honed to a mirror surface to prolong the life of piston with lowest friction.

CHROME-PLATED LINERS

SHINEQUIP offers chrome-plated liners made from premium forged steel with the core plated by.010-.015” chrome. The chrome –plated liners have hardening characteristics of 58 to 62 Rockwell C hardness.

LNER PACKING 

Liner packing plays an important role in drilling process though it has small outlook.

On a purpose of extrusion resistance and fluid seal, SHINEQUIP liner packing is designed and made with hard corner which are an integral part of seal rings and soft nitrile element rubber center.

No matter where the high or low pressure comes, the central rubber performs a sealing role due to its hard corners blocking the rubber extrusion into the pump bore & over liner flange shoulders, in which keeps along-lasting performance & increases service life.
