Reusable Hot and cold compress non-toxic

Application:

Cold application: fever, tooth ache, heatstroke, burn, muscle strain, sprain, stop bleeding, relieve fatigue etc.

Hot application: arthritis, rheumatism, dysmenorrheal, stomach discomfort, cervical vertebra inflammation, sciatica, psoas strain and so on.

 

Function and Features:

 

The design is aim at different part of body and convenient for personal care. It can be used in hot and cold application. The content in the hot cold pack is still soft after been frozen.

 

Usage:

(1) Hot compress: put it in microwave for 40 seconds or put it in 95 Celsius degree water for 3-5 minutes. When get it out of heat source, please use your hand to feel it is suit. Wipe the water outside and put it in the protect bag for use. (The suck heat time can be adjusted according to the needs of different people)

(2) Cold compress: Put it in freezer for half an hour and put it into the protect bag for cold use. (the time in freezer can be adjusted according to different people)

Note:

It is just for external use.  If the cold pack is damaged by accident and the content contact your eyes or skin, please wash it with clear water.

If you eat the content by mistake please drink enough water and vomit it out. If the case is serious please turn the doctor for help.

When you put it in microwave the time for continuous heating should not exceeds 2 minutes and don’t use high power.

Please don’t use it for affected part.

Keeping method:

Put it in ventilation place to keep it dry, keep it away from the fire or strong sunlight for the violet rays.
