Solvent Based Printing Ink for Flexo
Scope of application:
1. Suitable for treated BOPP, OPP, CPP film (surface tension≥38 dyne).
2. Suitable for the printing on packaging of dry food, such as the packaging of candy, cookies, and bread, chocolate, cold snacks.
3. Not suitable for the printing on packaging of high temperature cooking food.
Product Characteristics:
1. It has fine adaptability, and will not block and dirty the printing forme; it wont cause static electricity, and hurt the squeegee blade when printing.
2. It has good color extension in printing dot, and printing effect is brightly-colored and well-structured when doing three-color overprinting, especially be good at transferring and reproducibility in screen-microdot.
3. It is of low viscosity, high color content, and particularly suitable for medium and high-speed printing machine.
4. Using Ethanol as diluting solvent, it doesn’t have toxic solvent residues and emissions when printing; thus, it is a sort of safety, non-toxic and environmentaly friendly chemicals.
5. It has excellent composite strength whatever with two-component polyurethane adhesives, water-soluble and alcohol-soluble adhesives.
Usage and Attention:
1.Viscosity of printing: Printing viscosity relies on the factors such as printing speed, printing conditions etc. Recommended viscosity is 13-16 second/ 25Japan (TOYO) 3 # Zahn Viscosity Cups.
2.Diluents (recommended formula):
