Product Description:

Outstanding strength, toughness, weatherability, friction resistance and twist resistance.Excellent heat resistance and anti yellowing.Excellent corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, methanol, ethanol etc.Comply with SGS and ROHS.

 

Applications:

Coating on surface of silicone rubber products.

 

Instructions:

Bicomponent, no need to deploy or dilute.Shake PU evenly before using to avoid precipitation. (add some toluene, n-butyl or specific diluent to dilute if needed)Clean the product before spraying, make flame treatment or discharge treatment.According to above ratio, add the solvent and catalyst, and mix it to dissolve the ink.After adding the catalyst, the ink should be kept in cold storage (below 8 °C). Bring it out from the refrigerator and do not use it until the temperature returns to room level.Curing conditions: 160°C±5°C × 40 minutes.

Remarks  

We can adjust the technical parameters according to customers' requirements.Standard packing 3 kgs/drum or customized.Store in dry and cool place.Use it ASAP once open, keep sealed after using and do not expose for a long time
