Brief:

WJX-8000 series screen printing ink is a new and special UV cure Ink,which formulated for golden and silvern paperboard,PV,PVC,PET and plastic subtrates PP and PE with cure.

Application:

1.Silkscreen with 120T of meshes should be applied,hardeness of squeegee is 70.

2.This ink should be thinned with thinner approximately 5-15% by weight base on the adhesion and actual condition(we offer the special thinner for this UV cure ink)

3.Ink should be completely stirred with thinner before operations.

4.If the mesh got dirty place when printing,it should be cleaned by our special remover.

5.Stencil,squeegee and substrates should be adjusted with the best distance among them,the squeegee can not adhibit on substrates when covering.

6.Products should be absolutely dry after printed,otherwise, it inclinds to bind and become non-cohesive.

7.The color of ink can be matched based on require.

Caution:

1.This ink is UV cure ink,keep away from the sunshine.

2.Clean water shall be washing for while the ink gets into the eyes or onto the skin.

3.Ink has no contaminated and irritant after UV dry.
