Model 101A-a19L non-compenated pressure sensors are manufactured from BCM piezoresistive silicon dies. These pressure sensors possess a flush diaphragm which allows these sensors to be able to measure pressure of viscous liquides. The pressure is transmitted from the diaphragm through the filling oil onto the sensing element. The oil isolation allows the sensor to measure the corrosive media as well as electroconductive liquids. These sensors are designed to be sealed with an O-ring.The measuring pressure range of 101A-a19L is from 0~0.35 bar to 0~25 bar. Negative pressure measurement for gauge pressure are available on request. The standard measuring accuracy is 0.25 %fso (fso=full scale output). These sensors are excited by constant current. The 101A-series pressure sensors are manufactured without temperature compensation. Due to the nature of the silicon material, the maximum value of temperature coefficient of SPAN is as high as 0.27%fso/°C. This effect on the accuracy must be taken into account.
