Build the Easy Way
Brief introduction
AiiRii ™ Modular H ouses is single storey building with simple in design, walls and roof is made of heat insulation materials, it is a low energy building, and the materials are Environmental friendly. All the sections of the house are made by factory by advance, and then assembled to become a house on construction site, the installation use the basic tool, it take about 4 to 6 people for a week to finish a house about 60 Sq.m. It is a good way to build a large community quickly.
AiiRii SuperFix Wall
AiiRii SuperFixboardis a kind of composite board with fireproofing, heat and sound insulation, light features. The inner crosser and special steel materials not only offer powerful rigidity support for the whole construction, but also can prevent the fire spreading effectively. The one block 3000mm×1220mm super large board can apply in the construction with floor height below 3 meters without any integration. The simple installation not only increases efficiency and material utilization rate, but also keeps a clean and quiet installation site, which will not bring rubbish and a mass of dust. AiiRii Paper Honeycomb Core Composite WallAiiRii Paper Honeycomb Core Composite wall is made of recyclable paper and Oriented Standard Board through specially developed production equipment. The hexagonal shape of honeycomb core is similar to natural honeycomb constructed by bees.

AiiRii High-density EPS Core Composite WallAiiRii High-density EPS Core Composite wall is made of High-density EPS penal and Oriented Standard Board through specially developed production equipment. The High-density EPS make the wall have good at heat insulation and strenght at structure
AiiRii SuperFixboardis without any asbestos and other baleful material inside. The incombustibility is complying to GB8624-1997A standard. The physics character of core material is very stable. The super heat insulation capability can save the power consumption for cooling and heating of the construction. The panel and core material are combined by PU through pressing process. The PU material physics and chemistry characters can hold stably in long time, which is recognized weather resistance material. The super sound insulation ability ensures quiet and elegance surroundings of the rooms, which can prevent insect and tide, and will not affect by the coagulate water drops or wet weather. The lightest board is 12kg/m2, and it has special join system for quick installation. The board can be reinforced by thicker steel invisibility, which can effectively pull the board and decrease human injury caused by wall dumping at emergency such as earth shock. The board materials are very stable and resist aging, and the useful life is up to 50 years, which is the preferred material for new construction wall.

Light-steel Structure
AiiRii ™ Modular Houses is made of light-steel structure and cold-formed thin steel as the form, coalescent the board to become a slab-rib system, it make the house more stably.
The columniation is made of square steel tube which is anticorrosive painted, they are holding down to the foundation by bolt. Gird and crossbeam is made of C-shaped section steel, they work with the roof system and the columniation by steel frame connections. It make the house against typhoon and earthquake.
FoundationAccording to the construction drawing, build the ground beam with reinforced concrete, gutter should be around, and the ground is level, the site columniation bolted(200mm*200mm) should be go down about 50mm.
Roof system
Roof is made by aiirii roof system, it make of roof truss, heat insulation layer, oriented strand board, water-proof layer and asphalt shingle. Finally, we will install the eaves lath and the downspout system. It can load solar panel or solar heater system.
Water down spout system
We use PVC , aluminum and antique copper water down spout system.
Electrical SystemAiiRii ™ SuperFix Wall are bury the PVC pipe for wire in advance, make hole above the pipe with the tools equipped, then install the outlet box. Switch and outlet are flush-mounted, it is buty and easy to install, all the equipment is according to CE standard, it is safety too.
Ceiling systemThere is gypsum plaster ceiling board in living room and bedroom, the gypsum plaster board have capability for heat insulation and sound absorption. In kitchen and bathroom , we use aluminum alloy ceiling board, it is easy to clean , and they are wet fastness.
Sure, we can use the PVC ceiling board for all the house too, for PVC ceiling board is more higher performance-price ratio, and it is more easier to install.
Doors and windows
The materials of door can be plywood/ aluminum alloy with glass/steel. The materials of window can be aluminum alloy with glass and PVC with glass, the glass include single glass and double glass, the double glass system has drying agent inside.
Wall decorate
External wall: painted/ spray-painted, be sure make expansion joint gap, PVC wall cladding.
Internal wall: painted/ wall paper covering.
