1.Introduction 

      GK 62 series photoelectric correction controller increased the manual tension adjustment function on the 

basis of GK61 photoelectric rectification,this function can paly a role of winding correction and manual tension regulation control in the occasion which need to control the turned edge uniform. 

      This controller is equipped with synchronous motor,sensor and ball screw which can rectify the printed film and paper automatically,the control panel adopts the micro touch switch ,the control circuit uses singlechip microcomputer intelligent control which can choose single photoelectric or double photoelectric control,the single photoelectric sensor can set synchronous motor speed of response, eliminating the phenomenon of previous 

rectification controller single magic eye produce too much noise and vibration at work,in addition,it increased 

external direction and state interface which makes the rectification operation more convenient.
