The prefabricated substation is a complete set of power distribution equipment, which combines the transformer, high-voltage switchgear & control device, low-voltage switchgear & control device, power measurement device, interior connection (cable bus bar and other), and auxiliary apparatus into one or several tanks. Therefore the high-voltage power input, transformer voltage step-down, and low-voltage power distribution are effectively combined together to be especially applicable to the construction and reconstruction of the power network. Highly safe All airtight design, grounding enclosure and no conductive parts on surface mean on need of dielectric clearance, which can reliably ensure personnel safety. High-voltage inlet leads use all insulating elbow inserts that are easy to put in and pull out. By operating with insulating stick it can also ensure personnel safety. Thief-proof structure can prevent accidental and malicious removal or damage.
Simple maintenance Plug-in fuse and elbow insert make component changing more convenient. All airtight seal separates oil from the air and the transformer is free of maintenance.
High protection level High voltage switchgear and transformer interior are in one all airtight oil tank. It is difficult to contaminate the compartment, which makes pad-mounted transformers suitable for poor condition locations such as mines, deserts, and plateaus.
