Liquid Resistance Power Motor Starter

Application

Applied to wound-rotor asynchronous motor overload smoothly soft start are which three phase current 380V-20KV, power rating 30~10000KW. 

Working Principle

The controlled of wound-rotor asynchronous motor rotor loop in series with the three-phase star connection liquid resistance, fluid resistance with starting motor and automatic input, resistance will be stepless reduced within predetermined time, close to zero automatic excision, thus motor access rated current and maximum torque circumstances no impact on the smooth start-up.

Performance and Features

1. Its starting current is less and constantly, no impact to power grid;

2. Its starting current less than 1.3 times of rated current, can reduce the capacity of transformers;

3. It can start under low voltage, the motor is assured to run normally by the power grid voltage, then starting smoothly;
