Its material is PE, and its specification is from 20mm to 200mm.

Its parameter is as below:

1. Specification as ID, tolerance and wall thickness---±2; ID100;WT1.5~3.2)

 

2. Appearence--- Black color should be uniform, no air bubble, Split decomposition line and obvious impurity.

  

3. Ring stiffness≥4KN.

 

4. Flat test---No crack.

 

5.Drop hammer impact testing---9pcs samples don't break in 10pcs samples

 

6.Oven Experiment---No crack

 

7.Electrical properties---The insulation resistance is more than or equal to 200M.
