Property and use:
The quality of the product has been tested and certified by relevant authorities of China. It is raw material for CR-based adhesives, also for high grade paint, metal coating formulation and high grade adhesive. It also can be used as vulcanizator in rubber products.
It is a curing agent for butyl rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), and silicon-butadiene rubber, especially used for sulfurizing butyl rubber to obtain good performances of small deformation, heat resistance, big tensile strength and small elongation.
Due to its good compatibility with chloroprene, it is used to produce chloroprene rubber adhesive. It is special applicable to adhesive for shoes to increase heat-resistance temperature and adhesion.
In coating industry, it can be used to produce enamel for external use, lacquer for floor, marine coating, antirust paint; water based printing ink, and used as material of thin film anti-rust oil products. By heating with dry oil for making nitro lacquer that has good luster and properties of water-resistance, weatherability, UV optical rotation, anti-chemicals and electrical insulation.
It can be used as sulfidizer, intensifier and tackifier to produce terylene insulation adhesive tape, oil pipe anti-corrosive adhesive and adhesive tape, etc, to improve the properties and extent the service period of products.
Phenolic resin will have better applying result to mix with terpene resin.
