1.Select raw materials, eliminate the mildew, unqualified core veneers , so we can get fully qualified starting point
2. joining together the core veneers. we can get the no core gap board,this board didn't easy to be broken.
3.Processing base board. After base board forming,carefully to repair the face and back , putty repair, then sanding to get very flat surface.

4.The most important procedure: HOT PRESS WITH FILM. we use the more pressure power and enough long time,that we get almost no carbonized, no flaw of the perfect products!
