Conductive foam
Available as a black crosslink PE foam product, conductive foam is intended to provide enhanced protection to sensitive electronic parts, printed circuit boards, even pin insertions as well as other highly electrically sensitive equipment. It does not crumble or generate particulates, a common problem with many other mechanically impregnated conductive materials. Conductive foam die cuts cleanly and can be incorporated into internal product distribution and assembly totes.
Conductive foam also known as black conductive foam makes it ideal for long term storage and shipping of small electronic parts. Conductive foam is corrosion resistant. Available in high and low density material. Conductive foam is made of polyurethane material.
Applications: Conductive foams are used shipment of of electronic components, desktop computers, servers, network equipment, PDP/LCD TVs, and portable handsets for shielding.
