Yangsen  Automatic Robot of Traversing Robot Arm for injection molding machine is designed for rapid and precise removal of sprue or runner from injection moulding machine, and place them into granulator for recycling. Simple product removal is applicable with optional vacuum generator and EOAT. Suitable for injection moulding machine of 1000-2000 ton clamping force.Model: 550/650/750/850/950 single-stage and telescopic arms are available Vertical stroke: 1000-2500mm, Traverse axis is air cylinder driven, inverter motor, and AC servo motor.

Remark: AD Series Servo Medium Traversing Robots are suited for catching products from 200 to 600 ton horizontal injection molding machine, which is also used to remove runner from three pieces mould with assistant arm. Its driving modes are frequency motor driving and servo motor driving. Telescopic arm type is available and pneumatic driving is adopt on both vertical and crosswise axis. Its stroke and position could be manually adjusted (standard type) or elec-trically adjusted (option type).Provide the standard equipments.
