The application and using field:
The masterbatches are widely used for many materail such as PE, PP,ABS,PS, EVA,PVC,AS, PET, PBT, PA, PC, Non-woven fabrics. The masterbatches provide all kind of color solution for the following industrial fields:
1) Film (casting film, shoping bags, multilayer film,etc.)
2) Fiber ( carpet, exitiles, upholstery, non-woven fabrics)
3) Blow molding (Medical & cosmestic container, lubricant & painting container)
4) Extrusion molding (sheet, pipe, wire and cable, etc)
5)Plastic Injetion molding( Electronic conponents, automotive parts, construcion, house wares, furniture, toys etc.)
Dosage recommended: 1:25
QC introduction:
Strict QC processes go along with the production. If the product is not conform in one process, it will never pass to the next production process. Our factory is well equipped with all kinds of QC facilities.
Package and shippment:
25 kg/ bag, paper and plastic compound bag, 20 tones per 20' container.
The customer can choose FOB, CIF or EXWORK conditions, freight or express are both available.
