Brief introduction:

HTC-08 Filled masterbatch can be applied to the production of high and low pressure blown film of plastic resin and offers good adaptability when it is added into the production of PPR pipes. This products is made of special treated extra-micro-fine calcium carbonate , Plastic resin and Dispersant in mix method and double-screw granulation method. With excellent dispersion and mechanical properties, it can greatly the production costs. Because our extra-micro-fine calcium carbonate is processed in special methods, it offers no bad effects to hot seal and printing properties of product.

Main ingredients:

1.Plastic resin; 2.super fine calcium carbonate processed by special coupling agent (processed by special coupling  agent); 3.Dispersant.

Technical parameters:

1. Appearance: Φ3×1.5~2.5mm, Bonded particles≤0.2‰; 2. Color: white; 3. Moisture (Determination of thermogravimetry: 105°C/10min): ≤1.0‰; 4. MI (190°C/5kg/10min): 1.8~3.5; 5. Packing: 25kg/bag, kraft composite bag, lined with hot-sealed moisture-proof plastic bag.

Dosage:

For blown film 10~30%; for PPR pipes, 15~30% (additive calculation method ).
