Introduction:

The casting lamination line is equipped with high-performance extruder for raw materials such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, EVA, and laminates with a variety of substrates such as BOPP film, BOPET film, BOPA film, metalized film, nonwoven, aluminum foil and paper. To realize the perfect lamination purpose, the line can be customer-made with multi-layer coextrusion, film thickness meansurement unit, corona treatment unit. The application of the line can range from PE coating with nonwoven for hygiene and medical purposes to flexible packaging.

Application:

The extrusion coating machine covers a wide application catering to different products and markets. Typical end-users are producers of hygienic laminates, roofing materials, coated fabric, flexible packaging materials for food industry.
