1.Production Introduction:

This granule line is specialized for making EVA granules. When with the same specification kneader and mixing mill, they form a complete assembly line, which consists of plasticizing, extrusion, granulizing, cooling, filtration and packing. In order to keep away from the characteristic of EVA material-easily to form in high temperature and high pressure extruding environment, we make some special designs on the structure of the screw, the heating system, circulation water cooling system and also on a set of high sensitive temperature detector to precisely control the extruder temperature, and to avoid of the foaming and color difference of EVA material in extruding and to maker finished granules evening appearance. This granule line is stable in operation with high efficiency and the granules of which is widely used as EVA shoe materials and in other industries.

2.The production procedure:

Kneader→Bucket conveyer→Mixing mill→ Extruder mainframe→Granulating auxiliary machine→Cooling system(3 times)→Cooling conveyer→Mixing machine→Finish products
