Chinese HPL and PVC vinyl conductive raised access floor tiles

We have Bare steel cement infill raised access floor, HPL/PVC anti-static raised access floor, Wood core raised access floor, Calcium sulphate raised access floor, Encapsulated raised access floor, Perforated raised access floor, etc.

The HPL and PVC raised access floor tiles are also one of our main products.

Generally we have three types for it:

1. High Pressure Laminate(HPL)

HPL is also known as plastic laminates. It is a process that fuses together layers of melamine paper in a phenolic resin. Further value can be added to this finish by including additional thin layers of melamine resin. This allows for a variety of patterns, prints, textures,& finishes, while ensuring durability & easy maintenance.

The four layers include:

Wear layer: Cellulose paper impregnated with clear melamine resins makes up the top layer

Decorative layer: A photo or a printed pattern on paper, strengthened with resins makes up the bottom layer

Core layer: A durable fiberboard or particleboard makes up the core

Stability layer: Paper or melamine makes up the bottom stabilizing layer that allows the planks to adapt to some humidity and temperature changes without warping

2. Permanent anti-static PVC plastic floor tiles

This product has permanent anti-static function because it uses conductive static networtk formed at the interface of plastic particles. Its appearance looks like the pattern of marble. It has good decoration effect and is widely used for program machine room, computer room, control room of electric power plant, cleaning workshop of telecommunication, and other places where it is necessary to be prevent from electrostatic discharge.

3. Multilayer PVC floor tiles

It is composed of multiple materials, fillers, and pigments to form a polyvinyl chloride resin binder. These tiles are used in hallways, services areas, cafeterias, common areas, and healthcare and education interiors. Due to their pliable and versatile nature, these tiles handle varying temperatures well, including hot ,cold, and dry condition. Many unique patterns and colors, easily applied to adjoining concrete slabs along side access floors.

Recently, our company invent a new type Multiayer PVC floor tile.

It uses magnetic bottom side to make the tiles tightly closed on the top of our Bare steel cement infill raised access floors.

It makes the installation easier and saves more cost.

And for each suqare tile, if it is damaged, you can easily change.
