VCI plastic film is widely applied for processing, storage and transportation of military, metallurgy, machine, autoparts, and hardware industries. Pack the metal parts as soon as possible after cleaning and drying. Conform the quantity of VCI film or add other antirust materials according to different metal and packing space. When packing cast iron products, people need to pretreat the product in order to make its surface get initial antirust ability. In exports packing, it will be better to use VCI film with VCI paper or antirust oil together.

1. Confirm the application field of VCI film before using

2. Keep the outer packing sealed during storage and transportation

3. Make the side with VCI face to packed product while using

4. Make the packed product close to the film side with VCI, and the distance between VIC film surface and packed product is within 300mm

5. Keep the packing sealed, suggest to use hot-sealed way
