 WPC one step production line

 PP/PE wood plastic window/door/mirror/photo frame/decking/fence/bench/ceiling extrusion line is optimized in design with reference to the newest technology.

 The unit is composed of one conical double-screw extruder and a single extruder, vacuum calibration table, hauling off machine, cutter, film sticking machine and material tumbling frame, etc.

 The main machine adopts AC frequent variable drive system and the temperature control, both of which adopt high quality products  .

 The maintenance is simple and convenient.

 The unit is also able to directly extrude artificial wood foamed profile material, and the effect is better than that of the single-screw extruder.
