1. Introduction of Stretch Cling Film Machine
Stretch cling film machine mainly use LLDPE,LDPE or recycled LLDPE material to produce one side sticky or2 sides sticky stretch film,cling film,cast stretch film etc.The width from 500mm to 2000mm, single layer to 2 layers, 3 layers, 5layers and so on.
2. Main Features:
1) The alloy screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing design which combine import static
mixer to ensure plasticization is great, color is uniform and increase extrusion capacity greatly. All are made by mixed alloy and hard chrome treatment.
2) T-die adopts imported top special mould steel, by the high precision process and treatment to ensure the long-term use of non-die deformation, and material extrusion more smooth and stable.we

running and durability.
3) Cooling roller adopts two-way circuit design and built-in spiral flow channel to ensure roll surface temperature uniformity.
4) Winding device installed with hided knife which could cut the film accurately,it is controlled by the high quality air cylinder to make sure the air shafts rewind even plain film.
5) Separate electrical box is seperate and independent from the machine that is easy to operate and adjust the temperature,which is more safe for operators.
