Single Screw Extruder
It is Suitable for extruding thermoplastics, such as hard and soft Polyolefins (PP,PE,etc.)/PVC/polyester.
For example, pipe, stick, film, thread, cable insulation, hollow article etc.
Can be combined with various auxiliary machinery
This single screw extruder machine belongs to single-screw mixing extruder and it is the main machine for plastic extruding.
It is used with relevant auxiliary machine (including shaping machine head) and screw, so that can satisfy the needs of different material extruding.
Suitable screws: 30, 45, 65, 90, 100, 120, 150, 200
Controller: Normal, HMC microcomputer controller (optional)
Length / diameter ratio can be changed (suitable between 25: 1 - 36: 1)
Specially designed screw, high-torque decelerator and high power DC motor ensure good mixture of material and high output

Using standard recurrence parameter control mode, PID adjusting, relay controlling, interlock working with alarm device for protection of over-charge, over-pressure, over load, easy operation, lower cost.
The main contactor adopts Siemens product.
Wire lines are arranged in order, colors clearly demarcated and labeled accurately.
PLC Type
With simulating handle panel, human-machine screen, has function of alarm, parameter controlling, printing, currently chart displaying, etc. Realize entire protection.
