4) The screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the screw elements connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, which features high intensity, large carrying load, and easy disassembly and assembly.
5) The screw elements are made of high quality high-speed tool steel, W6Mo5Cr4V2, which receives heat treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature.
6) Whole hardness: HRC58-60
6. Charging barrels
1) 11 barrels in all, barrel length:360mm per section, made of #45 steel and lined with alloy bush, water-cooling for barrels
2) The first barrel is for feeding; the sixth barrel is for atmospheric vent; the tenth barrel is for vacuum degasification, and the eleventh one is for extrusion. The rest are all closed barrels.
