1. Equipped with special single screw extruder, which has high efficient effective extrusion and plastication.

2. Special detachment type mixing screw, standard designed die with spiral structure and reasonable channel are applied to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside wall.

3. Specially designed calibrating and cooing way assures our extruding speed in the leading status of the industry.

4. Unique calibrating and cooling mode is capable of producing pipes from 50-200mm, while the production speed is up to 0.6~1.5 m/min.
