1. Lead Pot&Feeding System

It is composed of melting pot, holding pot, lead ingots and molten lead feeding system

It is fitted with chain conveyor for ingot feeding and alloy lifter for alloy adding.The melting pot is provided with automatic weighing system for controlling ingot feeding accurately.

2.Strip Casting Machine

For continuous casting of raw lead strip of dimension 80mm*8mm

Specially designed level control unit ensures reliable and accurate control.Casting wheel with special material features non-deforming and long span life.Variable frequency drive unit makes it synchronize with rolling mill.

3. Raw Strip Cutting Machine

It is used to cut the raw strip into small pieces and return the strip back to melting pot if the downstream equipment fails or the initial few meters of strip needs to be scraped.Fitted with control system to ensure strip casting machine synchronize with rolling machine

4. Rolling Machine 4+1

It is composed of rough rolling and finish rolling, which is used to process the strip to a thickness within the range 0.5mm~1.1mm

Rough rolling has 4 pairs of rollers, finish rolling has 1 pairs of rollers. The finish rolling is used to get final thickness of strip.Rough rolling and  finish rolling are independently driven by variable frequency unit. A control system is equipped in order to synchronize the rough rolling with the finish rolling.Enclosed integral structure allows safe and stable running.

5. Strip Drying & Trimming Units

To clean the residual emulsion and dry the strip by blowing air.The trimming unit cuts the sides of the strip and trims it into the desired width. It can also cut the strip into small pieces so that the lead strip can be returned back to melting pot in case of  failure in the subsequent processing.

6. Twin Recoiler

The finished lead strip can be coiled automatically.

Vertical coiling is used, which is better than the horizontal coiling.Two coilers are transferred automatically, which features high efficiency and good safety.Constant tension control system ensures good quality of lead strip and coiling.
