PP/PP/ADH/EVOH/ADH/PP/PP Sheet with high separability wrapper of food, medicine and cosmetic to get long shelf life

The production line provides with multi extruders, all of which are equipped with melt pump that ensures exactitude, stable feeding of the melt. Static mixer is equipped for PP extruder to make the polymer plasticized and mixed fully; superadded automatically screen changer can run without affect to the production.  The special screws are designed for EVOH and ADH extruders. After the all polymers simultaneously enter the feed block, they are combined on design requirement then flow into the T-die and extruded uniformly. The protective devices of overpressure and overflow hereinto are in order to ensure the service safety. As safety interlock is designed for whole line, can shutdown the whole line & open the rollers by means of pull the safety rope or press the emergency push-button. The opening size of the T-die can be adjusted freely in the scope of the products either  the width of the discharged melt. The non-barrier edge can be reclaimed online. The automation winder can exchange shafts automatically, which assure operator safety further and plastic roller with trimness end surface.
