The automatic feeding cutting machine is specially used for cutting of leather,paperboard,foamed sponge,EPE,foamed cotton and cloth plastics etc.

A.Double oil cylinder precise four-column automatic balanced connection rod mechanism can guarantee the cutting precision at every cutting position is ±0.2mm.

B.The cutting head will automatically slow down when it is pressed down to contact 10mm before the cutter so that there is no dimension error between the uppermost layer and lowermost layer when cutting materials of multiple layers.

C.The accurate cutting balancing can greatly reduce the wearing of die cutter and cutting board.

D.PLC programmable control,with single and double motor automatic feeding mechanism.

E.The frequency conversion buffering makes the position alignment precision reach 0.2mm(used for molds)

F.The micro-movement design of cutting board enables the cutting to be made at different positiongs,with better effect at the cutting edges,which can further reduced the wearing of cutting board.
