1.Description

Dried malt extract  is made from barley malt, barley, water and enzyme, then through strict  processes  including screening, decrustation, milling, saccharification, filtration, evaporation, and vacuum drying. It is rich in nutrition and widely used in all kinds of food.

 

2.Appearance:  Light brown to tan powder

 

3.Odour and Flavour:   Pleasant and characteristic malt flavour, slightly sweet
