The machine serves to closed test for pipe. The front pressing head of machine pushed by the main hydraulic cylinder provides the pressure. The back pressing head is installed on the a carriage, and it is fixed with 4 Tension Beams by bolts as per different pipe length. At testing, the two ends of pipe are made the end-face-seals. Firstly fill water in a low pressure, then fill water in a high pressure by intensifier till the water pressure reaches the required pressure. The oil pressure of another main hydraulic cylinder raises synchronously till a set value to keep a dynamic balance with water pressure so as to check the leakage of pipe.
