Specification of tube production line

1. This equipment is specially used for producing Φ25.4-Φ76.2mm, δ1.2-4.0mm high-frequency straight seam welded tube and corresponding square tube and special-shaped tube(δ≤3.5mm).

2. The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to fixed length cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of tube diameter and wall thickness.

Production flow of tube making machine:

Raw material (steel coil) → decoiling → shearing and buttt-welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling → forming milling → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → rough straightening → fixed length cutting → finishing tube→run-out table
