    Metallic Foil Transfer Paste(HCG003)

This paste is solely used in hot stamping process of foil transfer on fabrics. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

Chemical Nature: Specialty Resin Compound, etc.

Appearance: milky paste

PH value: 5.5-7

Features: non-tacky, good adhesion, soft hand feel, easy handling.

Printing process: HCG003 printing→air dry for 8-12 hours→160-170°Cheat pressing up front for 15 seconds→ release the flock paper and heat press the substrate backward→2 hours washing fastness at 40°C for twice or more after full curing.

Packing: 50kg/HDPE barrel
