Super deflocculant used in the ceramic industry. It can reduce the water content and improve the fluidity of slurry, which can save the energy consumption in the process of milling and drying. Meanwhile,it can improve the powder colligate capability and improve the strength of raw body to some extent.

Compared with other similar products (like STPP, liquid sodium silicate), our deflocculants are competitive in price, good in performance, fluidity, and thixotropy, easy to dissolve in water completely and less dosage as well.

The general dosage of our deflocculants is 0.3%-0.5% of dry clay.They should be milled with body materials and water. We also suggest customers providing ceramic tile body to Vanda. In that case, Vanda has confidence in devloeping a suitable deflocculant for you.
