Paper Curing MachineThis machine is composed of automatic feeder, powder removing unit and delivery mechanism. It adopts PLC control for whole machine to realize man-machine interaction for easy operation, lower labor cost and high production efficiency. Advanced construction is applied in the automatic feeder. This feeder works stably and meets the requirement of effective production. It is equipped with continuous paper feeding to keep production running on and an ingenious splice detector to auto-detect sudden changes in thickness. Detector of photoelectric analyzer would auto-pause when no paper presents. This paper curing machine combines functions of powder-removing and powder-compressing. Powder-compressing is commanded by electric-thermal control automatically. The hydraulic presses device exerts pressure to keep balance of pressure and to make the paper surface even and clean. Delivery mechanism is equipped with continuous paper delivery device to enhance production efficiency.
