The whole production line for egg tray making machine includes:

The raw material for the egg tary making machine is generally use waste paper, like old book, old magzine, and so on.

This Molding machine part has8 faces rotating platens and1 face transfering  platen.

Each surface has 5 pieces of moulds, so there are 40 pieces of formig moulds and 5 pieces of transfering moulds.

The moulds material can use plastic or aluminous depend on buyer's request. Such as plastic, resin, 

aluminum and colophony.

This drying sysytem is single, but we could also design multi-layer drying sysytem per client's request.
