Our impregnating dryer plants are used in production of melamine (MUF, UF, and PF) impregnated paper, MDF (HDF) surface paper, laminate-floor impregnating paper, particle board (fireproof board) surface paper and insulative layer board (PCB).

Original roll paper is introduced into the back coating roller and the back coating is carried out through S roller. After primary impregnating, squeezing and wiping, the paper is introduced to the first drying section to dry and cool. After both faces of the paper are coated and wiped in the second coating section, the paper is introduced to the second drying section. Then the paper enters the deviation controller to rectify a deviation automatically. Finally under towing and cooling, the paper enters the paper cutting section where it is cut in higher accuracy and feeds into the store and life platform to stow and deposit in storehouse.
