No need worry rewinding speed would be affected by paper tension; directly splitting, no need re-rolling paper.Less raw paper dissipation. Normally, if a raw paper roll diameter between 1.0m to 1.3m, dissipation for one cut is about 10-15kg. But for a rewinding machine dissipation would be at least around 50 kg.Less trimming loss,finished roll can be directly used for production line after splitting, no need any trimming treatment, but for rewinding machine roll edge would be irregular and paper would be easily crumpled in the middle.High splitting speed, only need 20 percent time of high speed rewinding machine.Widely work range for paper roll, such as soggy paper, worm gnawed paper, edge clingy paper, all these can be cut directly.Cutting surface looks smoothly, tolerance within 2mm.Won’t add any broken ends for paper roll, but for rewinding machine always increases some broken ends.Raw paper width: 200mm-----3500mm; Diameter: 500mm-----1550mm    Min. edge trimming width: 10mmEasily and conveniently operate; one operator is enough.Simple maintenance is OK.Occupies small area.
