Characteristics:

1.Vertical stack, ascend up and descend down by electro-motion, output transverse automatically.

2.Standard or double vertical stacking work stations for choose. Max. length of cardboard: 3m or 4 m.

3.Standard vertical stacking work station type: upper stack height of: 1500mm; lower stack height: 200mm-300mm.

4.Double vertical stacking work stations type: upper stack height: 1500mm; lower stack height: 1000mm.

The position of baffle is adjusted by electro-motion, which make it match different cardboards specifications.

Automatic PLC controlled paperboard conveyer, PLC Stacker

 (Upper one, Lower one)

 Upper layer Plc stacker, the front lengthways conveyer adopts PLC multi- section speed controlling, auto paperboard piling up, pile height: 1500mm, max paperboard piling length: 3000mm, adopts touch screen controlling adjusting.

  Lower layer Plc stacker, the front lengthways conveyer adopts PLC multi- section speed controlling, auto paperboard piling up, pile height: 1000mm, max paperboard piling length: 2500mm, adopts touch screen controlling adjusting.

1.lengthways conveyers for cardboard transportation: multi-sections speeds controlling, are instructed by PLC controlling program according to the hydraulic stacker, assures the cardboard piling up orderly according to the different production speed.

2.Cardboard is piled up with pLc controlling device, run stable and orderly.

3.Equipped with pallet feeding device, assures arriving accurate position after piling up and changing the cardboard stack.

4.Adopts automatic output structure when after paperboard piling up, stable and orderly.

5.Keep paperboard stable transmission, piling up and output under high speed and speed-changing .
